Padma Mott-valdevit, Qualifying Broker is a long-time resident of Las Cruces and loves the area. When Padma first began in Real Estate, she realized that she loved the process of putting the perfect home together with her clients. From her passion and experience of horse-training and riding instruction, she really knows what makes the right horse property.
Kate Mott Studied Fine Arts and Architecture and after teaching fine art for 20 years she became involved in Real Estate, renovation, building and design.
Together Padma and Kate have really come to appreciate the history and charm that Las Cruces and Mesilla Valley are rooted from. They promote smart growth through building green, recycling existing real estate and designing new real estate to maximize comfort while maintaining energy savings.
